We’re back with more pasta classes with Gentry Homestead, hosted at The Food Hub—this time diving deeper into technique and tradition with a true Roman classic: Cacio e Pepe.

Simple, intentional, and incredibly satisfying, this dish is built from just a few ingredients—fresh pasta, Pecorino Romano, cracked black pepper, and starchy pasta water—coming together to create a rich, silky sauce. It’s a beautiful reminder that the best food doesn’t have to be complicated.

In this class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta by hand and how to properly build and emulsify this iconic sauce the traditional way. We’re expanding our classes with new dates, techniques, and recipes—so whether you joined us before or this is your first time, there’s something new waiting for you.
