We grow produce that goes directly into our pasta—ingredients that are handled from the start, not sourced from somewhere unknown.
Our pasta isn't just made here, it's built from what we're growing and tending ourselves, which changes how it tastes and how it feels on the plate.
Farming runs deep in our family. On both sides, this way of life has been passed down for generations. On my mother’s side, we’ve traced our family back to Italy, where official documents even list “farmer” as the occupation. That history matters to us, and it shows up in everything we do—from the way we grow to the way we cook.
